A design and print studio out of Greenville, PA.
"I knew we needed a website but didn't know where to go.
Somebody called us every week until I gave in and now I am paying $1,000/month for something I don't understand.
I can't get changes done and communication is horrible!"
This is a problem that should not be. One big problem Small Town America faces is a dearth of quality, dependable web development resources. The big companies don't care about you, and freelancers take your money, deliver garbage, and run.
We can help create a web presence that reflects the quality and care you put into your business.
WAIT.
If your business currently has any 8.5" x 11" papers on the windows, walls, doors and/or counters, stop reading this, go remove them, then come back.
Don't ever do that again.
Well designed print materials on high quality media communicate a message far deeper and more powerful than the words and images they contain. Badly designed print materials on low quality media communicate a message far more damaging than business owners realize.
We can help you fix this. It's going to be OK.
"I know that we need to be posting on social media. I've tried using DIY tools to make posts but it just doesn't feel right and I seem to get no reaction at all."
There are dozens of DIY tools that allow you to create graphics for posting on social media all on your lonesome. There are services where you can purchase a logo for as low as $5. But something in your gut wonders how these solutions can possibly be acceptable.
Your gut is right. There is a reason the megalith companies currently destroying Small Town America use massive teams of professional designers.
We can help you harness the power of great, professional design.
"We spent all this money on photos, but the custom print prices are ridiculous!"
Yes, they are. Why in the world would you pay $250+ for a large canvas print when you can get that same exact print for less than half the price?
Well, don't! You've paid for your photos. They're yours. Get your digital copy, send it in, and get it on an array of media at a fraction of the cost of what you would have paid elsewhere.
Get what you really want for less, or spend the same and just get a whole lot more!
I haven't always lived in Greenville, PA. Our family moved here in early 2021 after a multiyear search for a community where we felt we could put down roots and get involved. Our search for a place where our children can play outside and we could know our neighbors led us to the conclusion that the only suitable place that could be found would be in Small Town America.
I've been a designer for all of my adult life, and I have had the opportunity to work on some wonderful projects and products with nationwide companies.
There is an opportunity for small towns like ours (and yours) to recover some of the lustre that has been lost over decades of losing businesses, as well as local talent and money. We can do this by raising the bar for how the remaining & newer local businesses present themselves.
There is no reason the local mechanic, pizza place, grocery store or provider of any service should not be able to outcompete the local branch of their corresponding monolithic franchise.
However, that begins with first impressions, and all good first impressions begin with alluring, pleasing appearances.
I live here. I like it here. I'd like to do what I can to help make it more beautiful. That's where you come in.
What we are aiming to do is genuinely revolutionary. Imagine a world where the businesses around you are run and owned by people who live in and care about the local community; where the money spent by and in your town stayed in your town instead of being paid to some remote C-suite 1,000 miles away by the millions. Where the Walmart parking lot is empty and the community grocer's parking lot is full.
What could we do for our communities? If we foster local businesses and give them the tools and knowledge they need to thrive, how many young people could we encourage to get involved and, more importantly, stay?
More of this depends on the image of our humble local businesses than you may realize. The point isn't to be overly fancy or flashy (unless that's your thing), but to be intentional. There is something that simply feels better about walking into a business that has been carefully laid out and designed with the customer in mind.
This is why we are here. How can we help you?
